The Great Cover-Up was established by Sylvia Middleton in 1997. She is a San Antonio native
and enjoyed a successful career in the construction industry. Sylvia has always had a talent and
a passion for interior design and a desire to own her own business. These two dreams were
brought to reality with The Great Cover-Up.
Sylvia single-handedly built her business by developing long-term relationships with customers,
relying on their personal referrals and word-of-mouth advertising to continually grow. Sylvia has
many repeat customers who have sought her expertise to decorate three or four different homes
for them. Today, The Great Cover-Up is a well-respected business with a long track record of
hundreds of satisfied customers. We are a family-owned and family-run business, committed to
